Meydenbauer Place
Meydenbauer Place exemplifies GHD’s commitment to walking with clients through the home design journey. This home evolved as our clients explored their preferences, and what was conceived as a traditional estate morphed into a contemporary family home. The auto court welcomes visitors with unpretentious serenity. Visitors immediately experience the open nature of communal spaces within the home as a one-story entry flows into a high-ceilinged family room. The open floor plan emphasizes togetherness as a double-island kitchen gives way to the dining and family rooms. The stone exterior complements the traditional bent of the surrounding neighborhood while a flat roof and black metal window casements add a modern flare.
