Kirkland Bungalow

Kirkland Bungalow embraces craftsman style at every turn. The front porch is a celebration of the crafting of wood. Heavy beams and columns support purlins and decking in a simple, shallow slope to create a comfortable gathering space at the front of the house. The intricate woodwork is supported by a brick base that is interlaced with stone, reminiscent of the Arts and Crafts Movement. Inside, the home weaves expressive timbers, tile, stained glass, and fabric into an exquisite, live-in mosaic. Each space is proportioned to human life, creating a sense of comfort and familiarity amidst the beauty. From first entry to inner sanctums, the home embodies luxe living on a human scale.
