Wood Stone and Water

Designed to blur the lines between home and nature, Wood, Stone, and Water is an expansive oasis tucked in a suburban community. The home begins outside, surrounded by a well-tended garden—complete with its own waterfall. The overhang on the back of the home is supported by two angled stone towers, sloping down into a yard that borders the rest of the garden. Inside, the high-ceilinged living room contrasts latticed wooden railings with its black stone brick wall, which itself borders a vivid indoor waterfall and pond that can also be seen from the hallway bridge overhead. An upstairs kitchen and dining room are settled beneath intricate crossbeam rafters, further enhancing the open feeling of this home and captivating all who enter. The home embraces the best of integrated living, reflecting the Pacific Northwest’s iconic natural beauty in every element.
