Trulia recently released a look at modern luxury architecture. “In the last year millions of single-family homes and condos were listed on the market across America’s 100 largest metros,” Trulia reports. “Of all listings, over 7,000—or 0.28%—were listed for $5 million or more. These ultra-expensive listings represent the most luxurious homes available in the last year.”
